About me

I am an assistant Professor in the Institute of Physics at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. I’m a solid state physicist working in low dimensional magnetic materials, spintronic devices, spin dynamics, topological materials and critical phase transitions.

Previously, I was a postdoc in the group of Prof. Christian Back, in the Technical University of Munich. Before that I did my PhD under the supervision of Prof. Vincent Jeudy in Paris-Saclay. I am also a Humboldt Society fellow since 2020 and a candidate in the National Research System (SNI-SECIHTI).
